- If I am a current student, can I pick my order up on campus?
Yes! At checkout, enter the code SAESTUDENT for free shipping. Your order will be held at reception where you can pick it up within two school days.
*This option is only valid for current SAE Institute New York students with a valid keycard. Signature upon pickup will be required.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We utilize PayPal for a secure environment. Therefore, all major credit and debit cards are accepted, and you may also pay directly with your own PayPal account.
- What is the checkout procedure?
After adding items and visiting your shopping cart, enter your contact information to process the order. You will then continue to PayPal to securely remit payment. A free account can be created to pay with a credit/debit card if you already do not have one.
Upon successful payment, you will be redirected back to our store, and you will also receive a confirmation e-mail of your order.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Precise shipping and handling times will vary based on your location. Your order will leave campus in 2-3 business days, and please allow for 4-5 business days in transit for your order to arrive.
Campus pickup orders will be available at reception within two regularly scheduled days of classes following your order submission. Please present your active SAE Institute identification card and sign the order receipt to acknowledge your order pickup.
- Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship to customers within the United States.
- What if a product is backordered?
Backordered products will be restocked as soon as possible. We will notify you of an estimated timeline for inventory replenishment so that your order can be fulfilled. If you wish to cancel your order for a backordered product, please contact us with your request and order number.

The information collected here within the online store will be used to fulfill your order only. You are not consenting to receive more information about SAE Institute without your written permission. Payment information is processed by PayPal only and will never be shared with SAE Institute.
